Led the preconstruction phase for Microsoft Operations Puerto Rico’s new manufacturing and data center facility, including planning, cost analysis, and scheduling. Responsible for GMP document control management, change management, schedule implementation, and contracting management for the state-of-the-art DVD and CD manufacturing facility.
