Rehabilitation of a 13-story, 127-unit subsidized rental housing building serving single-headed households with special needs. Work included kitchen cabinets and fixtures, windows, floors, bathroom fixtures and accessories, energy-efficient appliances, bicycle storage, new potable and fire pumps, elevators, generator, energy-efficient lighting, water-sense fixtures, and recycling space. The work upgraded the property to current building standards while preserving and extending the life of the structure.
