Re-designed and constructed an unfinished 16-level reinforced-concrete structure at 570 Ponce de Leon Avenue, Hato Rey. The completed project contains 140 one-bedroom apartments, 145 parking spaces, two elevators, two stairways, recreation and administrative facilities, and an emergency generator supplying 100% of building energy needs. It meets federal, state, and local codes and market, environmental, ADA, UFAS, FHA, and HOME requirements.
